Aiur may, from time to time, offer access to features or services that are identified as beta, preview, or experimental ("Beta Features"). Beta Features may be provided for evaluation and testing purposes only, may contain bugs or errors, and may be subject to additional terms. Aiur may suspend or discontinue Beta Features at any time.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aiur disclaims all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.
Aiur does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any data or content will be accurate or reliable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aiur's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Aiur for the Service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
